Mr. A. M. Arunachalam after serving for 38 years in our esteemed
organization retired on 30th April 2008. He joined
S. Chand Group as a Junior Sales Representatives at our Chennai Branch on
2nd May 1970. After working in the field for 16 years he was promoted to
Branch Manager in 1986 by our founder Chairman Shri Shyam lal Gupta Ji (Babu
Ji).
Babu ji had given some valuable advice to him regarding how to excel in life
by sincerity, hard work and dedication towards work. He had retired with
full benefits from the company in June, 2005 but his services were again
required and the company appointed him as Regional Manager, South on
Contractual basis from July 2005 in which capacity he worked till this day .
The Management is pleased to put on record the honest and dedicated services
rendered by him. And from now onward his able disciple Shri Chandrababu and
Shri P. Rajalingam will fill in the gap created by him. The management
wishes a long, happy and healthy life to Shri A. M. Arunachalam.

with other staff members.
Organizing farewell for a retiring personnel is always an occasion of mixed
feelings. From employers’ point of view it is an occasion of honouring a
person who has rendered valuable service for the growth of the Company and
from retiring personnel’s view it is an occasion of satisfaction for
rendering honest and dedicated services in the Company and a joyous feeling
that he is now retiring in the proper shape of mind and health. On the
occasion of final retirement of Shri R.M. Nath, the Management is pleased to
put on record the honest and dedicated services rendered by him for more
than 30 years for which he was suitably rewarded and elevated to the post of
Sr. Manager Kolkata Branch from where he is retiring. It is also an occasion
of happiness and satisfaction that his able disciple Shri S.K. Bagal will
fill in the gap created with his retirement.
