S Chand Group has opened three hotels namely Hotel Tourist Hotel & Tourist Deluxe at Ram Nagar, Qutab Road, New Delhi & acquired Atlantic Hotel, Chennai in the year 1981. Hotel Tourist came into existence in the year 1964 & Hotel Tourist Deluxe came into existence in the year 1987.
