To assist and give support to the sales team for CRM updation and Sales Data Management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Nature of Contribution:

Sales Data Management

    • Updating all sales related data on CRM (regular updation of Book Lists/Adoptions in DSR and Specimens)
    • Follow ups for Customer Order Management including correcting and adding of names
    • Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on SAP)
    • Emailers to customers as per the available updated data base for special promotion of new titles/ bucket of titles for specialised markets, from time to time (as Inside sales team)
    • New Customer Accounts to be filled completely and handed over to Accounts at HO

Coordination with Internal and External Teams

    • Managing returns and credit notes information
    • Coordinating with Logistics for Stock information as and when required
    • Coordinating with Accounts for various adjustments
    • Interacting with customers as and when required and following up with internal teams accordingly
    • Sharing reports with the Sales Manager as and when required
    • Coordination of statement of Accounts – generation and handover to respective Sales Managers/Sales Reps
    • Purchase order record maintanance till settlement
Role Competence

Qualifications:  Min. of Graduate.
Experience:  Overall 1-3 yrs.
