To assist and give support to the sales team for CRM updation and Sales Data Management

- Updating all sales related data on CRM (regular updation of Book Lists/Adoptions in DSR and Specimens)
- Follow ups for Customer Order Management including correcting and adding of names
- Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on SAP)
- Emailers to customers as per the available updated data base for special promotion of new titles/ bucket of titles for specialised markets, from time to time (as Inside sales team)
- New Customer Accounts to be filled completely and handed over to Accounts at HO
- Managing returns and credit notes information
- Coordinating with Logistics for Stock information as and when required
- Coordinating with Accounts for various adjustments
- Interacting with customers as and when required and following up with internal teams accordingly
- Sharing reports with the Sales Manager as and when required
- Coordination of statement of Accounts – generation and handover to respective Sales Managers/Sales Reps
- Purchase order record maintanance till settlement
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent and competent authority
Qualifications : Min. of Graduate
